Bias is present in our thoughts, decisions, and actions we make daily. Bias also shows up in the workplace so the impact bias has on our field of work is important. Additionally, this course will explore the science behind bias and ways to reduce its implications on our work. This is a four-part class, meeting for one hour each day on the following dates: July 14 - July 17, 2025.
