Each of our instructional designers (ISDs) has an earned advanced degree and most have over 10 years of experience in transitioning existing courses to the online learning space. In addition, our instructional designers have experience in delivering content in various technologies (including but not limited to Articulate 360, Blackboard, Canvas, Cornerstone, D2L, HealthStream, and Moodle), specializing in e-Learning (online and blended) instructional strategies for adult learners, virtual group facilitation, learning outcomes and assessment, and online feedback collection. They are effective communicators, adaptable, and creative, with extensive experience working collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) of various disciplines and industries.

Our instructional designers also serve as facilitators, offering professional development services to faculty. They design and facilitate web-based workshops, seminars, and faculty training courses. They also have expertise in training and coaching faculty as well as conducting faculty evaluations. To keep their skills sharp, many teach undergraduate or graduate courses periodically.

Let our team of experienced and academically prepared instructional designers provide support for the design of your online courses and programs. Services include:

  • project management,

  • needs analysis,

  • course/program design,

  • course review using industry standard quality metrics, and

  • facilitator training.
