Healthcare: Focus Group

With the onset and integration of new research findings and technology, healthcare is evolving quickly. To remain relevant and competitive, leaders are expected to implement strategic changes that provide for high-quality patient care and improve organizational culture, while balancing a number of concerns, including (but not limited to): affordability, ethics, regulatory, security, and workforce development, to name a few.  

The purpose of this focus group is to gain insights on current-day expectations of healthcare leaders; identify the development needs for strengthening capacity and reducing turnover; and  discuss key factors that will impact healthcare leaders within the next 3-5 years.
