Beverly Haines is a dedicated executive with proven experience strategically designing, implementing, and directing complex operational healthcare programs. With exceptionally strong leadership skills, she drives to provide best-in-class care while also operating in a fiscally responsible manner. As an effective change-agent, she is able to holistically assess organizational needs, developing and establishing innovative and nationally recognized patient care programs. 

 

Previously, Dr. Haines served President & Chief Nursing Officer of the Patewood Medical Campus of Greenville Health System, Senior Vice President of Patient Care Services of UPMC, and Administrative Director of Nursing Services at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital within the Allegheny Health Network.

Kathleen S. Ives, D.M. has worked in online technology for over 30 years in the non-profit, higher education, and corporate arenas. Dr. Ives currently serves as Director, Higher Education Transformation for the National Laboratory for Education Transformation (NLET) where she oversees the development of tools, programs, and best practices by supporting higher education systems in strategic talent development and talent acquisition.

 

Previously, Dr. Ives served as the Online Learning Consortium’s (OLC) Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director where she led the organization to become a fully, self-sustaining post-secondary member association.

Michael Torrence, PhD, is an experienced President with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. He is a technology strategist, skilled in research, adult Education, student success, academic affairs, staff development, and distance learning. He has a partnership interest in applied learning within open education resources (OER), virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality, automation, robotics, mechatronics, and gamification as platforms for education, learning, and training business and industry to increase efficiency and scalability.

 

Dr. Torrence is a strong entrepreneurial business development professional with a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD focused in Exceptional Learning (Literacy) from Tennessee Technological University.
